Thick Soup with Pumpkin, Salmon, and Spinach
A thick, rich, and delicious soup with salmon and spinach.
Probably the first time I baked a pizza without vegetables in the base -:).

Prepare dough - mix all ingredients, cover with a towel and leave for ~ 20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the top of the pizza - cut the onion, pepperoni, tomato, and plums. Grate the cheese.
Place the pizza dough on baking paper or a Teflon/silicone mat and, placing a cellophane bag on top, roll it out thinly in the shape of a circle (diameter ~30 cm).
Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake for 8-10 minutes (until the edges are lightly browned).
Remove the base from the oven and reduce the oven temperature to 180 degrees.
Smear the base with mayonnaise, and spread over the sliced pepperoni, tomatoes, and onions. Top with goat cheese and sprinkle with 10% cheese.
Put the pizza in a preheated 180 degrees oven and bake for another ~15 minutes.
