Ingredients
 1 Whole grain lavash (120g)
 100 g Cheese (10% cheese, or 10% cumin cheese, or “Powerful” cheese)
 50 g Tomato
Preparation

Cut the lavash in half, put 50g slice of cheese on top and a slice of tomato on top.

Satin and fry in a pan under the lid, or in an electric grill pan or in the oven.
