 200 g Non-fat cottage cheese Alma
 100 g Raspberries
 50 g Water
 1 tsp Corn starch
 Sweetener
Ingredients for Grilled oatmeal
 50 g Oat flakes
 25 g Honey
Preparation

Add sweetener, raspberries, water and bring to a boil.

Add a teaspoon of starch and bring to a boil again to thicken the mass. Cool.

Put honey in a pan, add oatmeal and toast. Cool.

In a bowl put flakes, homemade cheese, raspberries.
