"Rafaello" candy

Gentle, sunny-filled candy… How created when you want something "sinful" ... I have 2 options for these delicacies.

 140 g Milk 2%
 100 g Coconut chips (I grind them a little in a coffee grinder)
 12 g Corn starch
 Sweetener (optional)
 Coconut chips for wrapping
Component Option 2
 100 g Coconut crumbs
 60 g Milk powder 1%
 40 g Natural syrup (Maple leaves, Agaves ...)
 50 g Water
 Vanilla extract

Pour the milk into the pot with starch and sweetener, and heat while stirring until the mass thickens.

Stir in the coconut crumbs. Mix.

Divide the mass by hand into 10g, roll in balls and wrap in ground coconut flakes.

Keep the candy in the fridge.

Mix all dry ingredients.

Gradually add water so that the mass remains sticky and the balls can be tightened by hand.

Divide into 10g and grind the balls.

Wrap in coconut crumbs.

Keep the candy in the fridge. If desired, you can put roasted almonds in the middle.
