Hachapuri with cheese and eggs
A good time has passed since my last hachapuri. And I will say that this is really ok, quite ok - :)
It is worth freezing berries and fruits in summer so that you can bake a delicious treat in winter.
Beat eggs with kefir and sweetener.
Add flour with baking powder. Set the dough aside for ~ 10 minutes.
Put a spoonful of silicone molds, on top of the cherries, and on top again the dough.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees for ~ 25min.

Everyone always tastes pizza. And the good thing about it is that it can be made from almost anything that can be found in the fridge…
This is something incredibly gentle and delicious. Everyone will eat, even those who are not on a diet. It was reminiscent of the good, good Staburadze "Cherry Whim". Now it will be my "whim".
I have a new favorite breakfast again. At least for a while 🙂
