 2 Eggs
 100 g Cherries (I had frozen) (you can use a banana or any other berry)
 150 g Skimmed milk kefir
 130 g Whole wheat or oat flour
 5 g Cocoa
 ½ tsp. Baking powder or 1 tsp. soda
 Sweetener to taste
Directions

Beat eggs with kefir and sweetener.

Add flour with baking powder. Set the dough aside for ~ 10 minutes.

Spoon the batter into silicone moulds, top with cherries, and then add another layer of batter.

Bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~25 minutes.
