Apricot cupcakes
I like to experiment. This time, very tasty and refreshing cupcakes turned out.
Wanted something crispy, and not sweet. Whole grain cookies with seeds and cheese.
Kefir is punished and left to act for 15 minutes.
Then add oil, salt, finely grated cheese, spices, seeds (I also leave a little on top to sprinkle) and mix the dough.
Roll out the dough plans on parchment paper or a baking sheet.
Smear with egg yolk, sprinkle the seeds and cut with a knife into the shape of the cookies as they wish.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 15-20 minutes.

It is customary to bake pancakes on holiday mornings. Maybe not quite like that, but definitely just as delicious.
Low-calorie cake "Before Christmas". It turned out that the anniversary of a dear friend. Something new and untried product combination, but it worked great. Lightweight and it just melts in your mouth!
