Vegetable omelette with cheese
But it's time for vegetables - so it's time for a delicious omelette.
I saw blue plums on the market - well, it wanted something delicious ... That's how this tarte came about.
Mix all the dough ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator for ~ 30-40 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut the plums into pieces and mix with cornstarch.
If the plums are sour, add a sweetener of your choice. Mine was sweet, so I didn't add any extra sweetener.
Skimmed cheese is blended with egg white sweetener, add vanilla.
Remove the tarte dough from the refrigerator, place it in the shape and form it with the edges with wet hands.
Filled with plums mixed with starch.
Pour over the curd - egg white mass.
Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes. Remove and cool.
Meanwhile, cut the plums and cook them in the puree, blend, cool.
Swell the gelatin in a small amount of water. It is then dissolved in a hot water bath (or placed in a microwave for 20 seconds) and added to the plum mass.
Pour the plum mass onto the curd layer.
Put in the refrigerator and freeze.
