Tarte with blue plums and cottage cheese
Servings6 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 180 g Skimmed milk curd
 40 g Butter
70 g Rice flour (watching how wet the cottage cheese can soak the ball, the dough can stick a little)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener, vanilla
Ingredients for the 1st round of filling
 400 g Blue plums
 30 g Starch
Ingredients for the 2nd round of filling
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 150 g Egg white
 Vanilla, sweetener
Ingredients for the 3rd filling layer
 300 g Blue plums (or 150g plums + 150g blackberries)
 50 g Water
 10 g Gelatin
Directions
1

Mix all the dough ingredients and place the dough in the refrigerator for ~ 30-40 minutes.

2

Meanwhile, cut the plums into pieces and mix with cornstarch.

3

If the plums are sour, add a sweetener of your choice. Mine was sweet, so I didn't add any extra sweetener.

4

Skimmed cheese is blended with egg white sweetener, add vanilla.

5

Remove the tarte dough from the refrigerator, place it in the shape and form it with the edges with wet hands.

6

Filled with plums mixed with starch.

7

Pour over the curd - egg white mass.

8

Put in the oven at 175 degrees and bake for ~ 30 minutes. Remove and cool.

9

Meanwhile, cut the plums and cook them in the puree, blend, cool.

10

Swell the gelatin in a small amount of water. It is then dissolved in a hot water bath (or placed in a microwave for 20 seconds) and added to the plum mass.

11

Pour the plum mass onto the curd layer.

12

Put in the refrigerator and freeze.
