Pike Cutlets with Pumpkin and Couscous
In the classic version, bacon is added to lean fish. Bacon is not really my thing. Therefore, I found other alternatives to make the cutlets tender and juicy.
An apple pie that will be very hard to resist.

Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices.
Whisk eggs with curd, kefir, sweetener and vanilla sugar.
Sift the flour and baking powder and add to the mixture. Whisk everything again. When the dough is homogeneous, add the apples, mixing everything so that the dough covers each apple slice.
Place the dough with the apples in the tin and bake in the oven at 170 °C for ~30-35 minutes (baking time depends on the depth of your tin).

I did it! Probably, if not the most complicated cake in my design, then the most labor-intensive cake though. But it was definitely worth it!

The previous roulette I made became a "twin sister", but both are so fantastically delicious that it's hard to decide which one is tastier!

I put together two delicious products - pumpkin and blue cheese. Wonderful!
