 2 Eggs
 150 g Egg white
 200 g Hot water
 150 g Milk 2%
 180 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 150 g Flour
 A little bit of sweetener
 Salt
Ingredients for filling
 1 Egg
 2 Boiled eggs
 400 g Turkey fillet mince
 250 g Mushrooms
 100 g Onion
 17 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper

First, prepare the filling: stir-fry the minced meat with chopped mushrooms, onions, garlic, and spices. Let it cool, then mix in 2 grated hard-boiled eggs and 1 fresh egg (I blend everything a little to make the filling smoother).

Make pancakes: blend all the pancake ingredients and cook the pancakes in a pan greased with a little oil.

Spread the filling evenly between all the pancakes. Fill the pancakes, fold them, and fry on both sides.
