Korean carrots
I really like Korean carrot salad. Before that I bought them ready-made, but 132 Kcal per 100 gr… Well no. I tried to make "lean" Korean carrot salad myself. You know, it worked perfectly well and only 70 Kcal per 100g.
The festive morning in our family also often starts with pancakes. This time they are not sweet, but chicken liver pancakes with stuffing.
Grind/blend with a blender the chicken liver with onion and garlic. Add eggs, milk, flour, and spices.
Bake the pancakes in a pan at a low temperature (I got 5 pieces).
Grate carrots, eggs, and 10% cheese chop garlic add salt, pepper, and spices, and mix everything.
Place the liver pancakes on a plate and place the filling in the middle. Fold and place on a baking sheet.
Put in an oven heated to 200 degrees and bake for ~12 minutes.
3 minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle the pancakes with grated cheese and put them back in the oven.
