Servings4 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 1 A big egg
 425 g Flour (I used wheat flour)
 260 g Pumpkin
 ½ tsp. Salt
 500 g Milk 2%
 400 g Chicken fillet
400 g Green pea and carrot mix (frozen)
 100 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 50 g Onion
 15 g Garlic
 20 g Rice flour
 20 g Curry paste
 5 g Oil
Directions
1

Cut the chicken fillets into strips, add the spices and fry in a pan with the onion, garlic and paprika.

2

Place the carrots and green peas in a pan, add ~200 g of water and sauté until ready. Add the meat and set aside.

3

Prepare the gnocchi:
Peel the pumpkin, cut it into small pieces, and sauté until soft. Blend in a blender until smooth, then cool.

4

Add the egg and spices to the pumpkin and gradually sift in the flour. Add just enough flour to prevent the mixture from sticking to your hands. Knead the dough.

5

Boil the water. Cut the dough into small pieces with scissors and throw them into the pot. Alternatively, you can roll the dough out like sausages and cut it into small pots. Cook until the gnocchi float to the top of the water.
