
Chickpea Buns with Flax Seeds
Delicious, healthy, protein-rich buns, flour-free and gluten-free.
Omelette for breakfast, which consists mainly of protein and a small amount of fibre.

Beat eggs with egg whites, add cottage cheese, 40 g grated 10% cheese, herbs, salt, and spices.
Pour the mass into a pan and bake on low heat under the lid.
When the bottom of the omelette is ready, turn it over and sprinkle half of it with the remaining 40 g of grated cheese.
Fold in half, press down, put a lid on the pan and let it stand for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
