Thick pizza with chicken and mushrooms
I really enjoyed the "quick pizza pan" that I decided to bake it again, but in a larger format, with a little "improvement" for the next working week with lunch.
When you get tired of everyday food, you can spend a little longer in the kitchen on holidays -:)
Clean the bellies for the bell peppers.
Boil 1 sachet (90 g) of "Smart grains". Boil them until half-cooked and set aside to drain the excess water.
Finely chop the onion and dill, and squeeze the garlic.
Add the cooled "Smart grains", finely chopped onion, garlic, dill, salt, and spices to the minced meat. Mix everything.
Fill the peppers with a mixed mass of meat and grain.
Put the stuffed peppers in a container in which 250 g of boiled water mixed with tomato paste and spices has already been poured.
Place in an oven preheated to 180 °C for ~30 minutes.
Remove the peppers from the oven, cover them with a "cap" of cheese and tomatoes, and put it back in the oven for ~ 10 minutes.

Low-calorie cake "Before Christmas". It turned out that the anniversary of a dear friend. Something new and untried product combination, but it worked great. Lightweight and it just melts in your mouth!
