Cumin cheese and cottage cheese waffles

Cheese with cumin is an excellent, as well as a delicious source of protein. Waffles from it turn out very tasty and fragrant.

 1 Egg
 112 g Cheese with cumin
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Kefir (2%)
 100 g Flour (I used corn flour, but you can also use any other whole grain flour)
 20 g Scallions
 12 g Garlic
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt to taste
Directions

Beat the egg with kefir.

Grate the cheese and mix it with cottage cheese, squeeze out the garlic and add the chopped green onion feather.

Add the egg beaten with kefir to the cheese and cottage cheese. Add flour with baking powder and salt.

Mix everything and bake in a waffle iron or in an ordinary frying pan.
