The cake is gluten and lactose free. It was hard, but it was worth it as it turned out very, very tasty!
Cheese with cumin is an excellent, as well as a delicious source of protein. Waffles from it turn out very tasty and fragrant.

Beat the egg with kefir.
Grate the cheese and mix it with cottage cheese, squeeze out the garlic and add the chopped green onion feather.
Add the egg beaten with kefir to the cheese and cottage cheese. Add flour with baking powder and salt.
Mix everything and bake in a waffle iron or in an ordinary frying pan.
