Pavlova cake with boiled cream and fruits
Pavlova… who doesn't like Pavlova? With delicious boiled cream and lots of fruit!
Time to get creative with recipes. One of the most delicious is courgette or zucchini lasagna.
Zucchini cut into long slices. Spread the cut slices on the table surface, cover with salt and leave for 20-30 minutes while the water comes out. After that, the excess water is dried with paper napkins.
Fry minced meat in a pan together with mushrooms and spices. When the minced meat starts to brown, add finely chopped onion and 3 chopped cloves of garlic. Add tomato pieces and saute everything together. At the end, remove the lid so that excess water evaporates better.
Prepared cheese mass - put culinary curd (or Ricotta cheese), egg, grated hard cheese, salt and pepper in a bowl, mix everything.
In a separate bowl, grate/finely chop the Mozzarella cheese.
Spread the bottom of the lasagna dish with adjika (20 g). Heat the oven to 180 degrees.
Arrange the lasagna layers - start with the meat layer (put 1/2 of the fried mass), then put the zucchini slices, put 1/2 of the ricotta cheese mass on top of them. Put 1/2 of the grated Mozzarella on top of it.
Next, put the zucchini slices on top again and repeat the same sequence again.
Cover the lasagna dish with foil and bake for 30-45 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees.
Then remove the foil and continue baking without foil for another 15-20 minutes. you can sprinkle some more cheese.
When ready, cool slightly and serve. Can be decorated with grated cheese, parsley or basil.
