Muesli with dried fruit and orange
Servings12 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 2 Small eggs
 100 g Whole oat flakes
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
1 Fresh orange with whole peel
 80 g Dates
 80 g Raisins
 80 g Apricots
 80 g Ginger candies
 Cinnamon
Directions
1

Finely chop all the dried fruit.

2

Eggs whipped with cottage cheese and add oatmeal.

3

The orange is thoroughly washed and cut with the whole peel (it is also possible not to put the peel when peeling it, but I liked the exact bitterness, the juice that flowed while turning the orange was not present).

4

The sliced fruit was mixed with the curd-egg-oatmeal mass.

5

Mix everything and cover on a baking sheet. Squeeze firmly and compress from the edges.

6

Bake at ~ 170 degrees for 35-40 minutes (until the brown surface remains and the cookie stays firm).

7

Cool, cut into smaller pieces (like cookies), or larger ones (like muesli bars), as desired.
