Oatmeal tartar with berries without eggs
Servings6 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the Substrate
 200 g Oat flakes
30 g Butter (or coconut oil)
30 g Syrup or other sweetening matter
 25 g Hot water
Ingredients for Filling
 400 g Berries (me blueberries + raspberries)
 25 g Corn starch
Sweetener (as needed, depending on berry acidity)
Directions
1

Grind oatmeal in a food processor.

2

Add the syrup and melted butter or oil and gradually add the hot water. The mass does not have to be sticky, but squeezed in the palms of the hands: it can be "glued" together.

3

~ 5g of mass is left to be sprinkled on top of the berries, but the rest is put into shape and pressed with your fingers to form a tarte with the side edges.

4

Put in the oven at 175-180 degrees for 15 minutes.

5

While the base is baking the finished filling - the berries are mixed with sweetener and cornstarch

6

Remove the base, place the mixed berries on top and sprinkle with the remaining oatmeal chips.

7

Put back in the oven for ~ 25-30 minutes.

8

Remove, cool and enjoy!
