I wanted something delicious and spicy and this pizza was made. It turned out quite sharp, be careful!

Prepare the dough - mix all ingredients, cover with a towel and leave for ~20-30 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the top of the pizza - cut the tomatoes, pineapples, olives and grate the cheese.
Place the pizza dough on baking paper or a teflon/silicone mat. Place a cellophane bag on top and roll out thinly into a circle ~30 cm in diameter.
Place in an oven heated to 180 °C degrees and bake for ~20 minutes (until the edges are lightly browned).
Take it out of the oven and spread it with an adjika mixed with yogurt. Lay out the pepperoni, tomatoes, pineapple chunks, and olives. Sprinkle goat cheese on top and then with Dor blue and 10% cheese.
Put the pizza back in the oven at 180 °C and bake for another ~15 minutes.
