Number cake with salted caramel and chocolate
My dear mother has just celebrated a big anniversary. This time I deviated from my nutritional principles, because most of the guests did not count kcal. The cake is divinely delicious and “nutritious”.
I thought I could make a delicious and healthy pizza for lunch. Here it is.
Minced chicken fillet, add finely grated carrots, garlic, salt, spices, mix everything.
Place on a baking sheet in a circle (~ 32cm) and place in the oven for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.
Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms and fry in a pan.
Cut the peppers, onions, grate the carrots and add all the mushrooms.
Add salt, spices.
Stew vegetables with mushrooms ready. (add a little water from time to time as needed).
Set aside to cool. If necessary, pour off the excess liquid left over from the stew.
Grate the cheese, cut the pickles and add the cooled vegetables.
Mix yogurt with adjika and spread on the "base" of the pizza.
Put on top of vegetables - cheese mass.
Put the pizza in the oven For ~ 8-10 minutes to melt the cheese.

In my kitchen green :). :)
Pearl barley, pear, cheese with mold, and walnuts? And why not? An interesting, hearty, and delicious combination.
A healthy version of the classic cake "Prague". A little "improved", but very tasty and chocolate.
