Harcho soup
Well, it's time for my harcho soup. Of course, with slight deviations from the original., But that does not mean less delicious!
A delicious and healthy whole-grain pizza. Sweet and salty at the same time – very tasty.

Place the homemade cheese (with the excess liquid drained) in a bowl. Add the flour, salt, baking powder, and spices. Mix thoroughly (a slightly sticky dough will form).
Place the dough on a baking tray with wet hands, flatten it, prick it with a fork and bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C until almost done (~15-20 minutes).
Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients: Cut the figs, tomatoes, and onions into thin slices. Grate the cheese and cut the fatty cheese into small pieces. Mix the yoghurt with the adjika.
Remove the baked pizza base from the oven and spread the adjika and yoghurt mixture on it.
Top with figs, tomatoes, onions, both cheeses, and return to the oven at ~175-180 °C for ~8 minutes to melt the cheese.
