 2 l Water
 800 g Turkey fillet (boneless chicken ham 550 g or, of course, veal 600 g can also be used)
 400 g Chopped tomatoes in their own juice

 150 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 150 g Carrot
 100 g Rice (I use jasmine rice, but can any others)
 20 g Garlic
 40 g Adjika "Pures"
 20 g Extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp. Hmeli-suneli
 Salt, pepper
 Thyme, bay leaves, paprika powder
 Kinza (greens)
Directions

Put on the stove pot with water to which all the spices are added.

Cut the meat into small pieces and place in a heated pan with a minimum of oil (10 g), fry quickly and bring to a boil.

Add rice.

Cut onions, garlic, peppers and grated carrots.

Put in a pan and fry all the vegetables quickly.

Fried vegetables are added to the meat. Also add chopped tomatoes. Boil ready.
