Pizza with cheese and shrimps on tortillas (in a pan)

When time is short and you need a hearty meal, this pizza on tortillas is a quick and tasty solution.

Ingredients (pan diameter 28 cm)
 2 Tortillas (medium, 2×62 g)
 3 Eggs
 120 g 10% cheese
 100 g Cheese with cumin
 30 g Cheese "Džiuga" (or other cheese with a strong flavour)
 150 g Shrimps
 50 g Tomatoes Cherry
 30 g Spinach
 30 g Scallions
 10 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper
Directions

Beat the eggs, add salt, grated cumin cheese and seasoning and pour into a heated frying pan lightly greased with oil.

Place a tortilla on top and press gently. Bake at a very low temperature.

Grate the 10% cheese and the 'Džiuga' cheese, cut the chives, halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the spinach leaves. Add your favourite spices and mix everything.

When the omelette is fried, carefully turn it over with a wide spatula.

Sprinkle half of the grated cheeses mixed with the scallions and spinach over the top. Place another tortilla on top and press it gently. Top it with the cleaned shrimps, cut tomatoes and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.

Put the lid on the pan and bake until all the cheese melts.
