 2 Egg yolk
 90 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Natural yogurt
 60 g Whole wheat flour
 50 g Kefir
 30 g Blackcurrants (I use frozen)
 25 g Raisins
 15 g Oil (I use coconut oil)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Vanillin
 Sweetener of your choice
Directions

Cottage cheese is blended with egg yolks, oil, vanillin and sweetener.

Raisins and blackcurrants are added to the mass.

Add the flour mixed with baking powder.

The mass is mixed and placed in 5 silicone molds.

Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 25-30 minutes.
