Oatmeal crackers with seeds and dried tomatoes
Very simple and really delicious!
After the holiday cakes, it's time for a healthy pizza! All pizza - only 1046 kcal!
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater, add salt and set aside so that they release the juice.
Cut the mushrooms and place in a pan. Fry / stir fry. Drain off excess liquid (if any). Cool.
Curd is stuffed with eggs and egg whites. Add 1/2 tsp. punishment. The zucchini is pressed well and added to the egg-curd mass. Add spices, garlic, flour.
Cover the mixed mass on the pan. Bake at a very low temperature (10 to 5) for ~ 15 minutes on one side.
Carefully invert. Smeared with adjika.
Put mushrooms and sliced cherry tomatoes on the base.
Sprinkle over grated cheese mixed with green onions.
Put the lid on the pan and fry for another ~ 10 minutes until the cheese melts.
