 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 300 g Zucchini
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Flour (I had corn)
 Soda, garlic, salt, pepper
Top components
 250 g Mushrooms
 100 g Cheese Strongman (or other flat cheese)
 70 g Tomatoes Cherry
 20 g Green bow
 30 g Pūre adjika
 Salt, pepper to taste
Preparation

Grate the zucchini, add salt and set aside to melt.

Cut the mushrooms and place in a pan. Fry / stir fry. Drain off excess liquid (if any). Cool.
