 400 g Sauerkraut
 250 g Rutabaga
 200 g Smoked chicken (without skin and fat) or fresh chicken
 120 g Fresh cabbage
 120 g Carrot
 85 g Onion
 50 g Pearl barley
 35 g Adjika
 25 g Greens
 10 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, bay leaves, allspice
Directions

Boil pearls. After boiling, after 20 minutes add sauerkraut, fresh cabbage, grated carrots, chopped onion, garlic, salt, bay leaves, spices.

When the vegetables are already soft, add the seasoning and boneless, skinless and fat chicken. Boil ready. Add greens at the end.
