 86 g Carrot
 2 Eggs

 230 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Flour (I had corn)
 15 g Garlic

 70 g Santa Maria Taco Sasha Sauce (or tomato paste, adjika, etc.)
 200 g Steamed salmon (pre-evaporated and cooled)
 187 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 50 g Leek
 230 g Tomato
 20 g Dill, green onion feather
 150 g 10% cheese
 Spices, salt of your choice

Grate the zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to drain.

Blend the curd with the eggs.

Squeeze excess juice from the zucchini and add to the egg and cottage cheese mixture. Add finely grated carrots, spices, garlic and flour.

Spread the mixture on a baking tray, forming a round base (~30-32 cm). Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C (do not bake until done).

Meanwhile, chop the leek and bell pepper and sauté them in a pan.

Grate the cheese, chop the herbs and add the salmon chunks. Add the cooled peppers and leek. Mix everything with the spices.

Remove the base, spread with Taco salsa sauce, and place the mixed filling on top.

Return to the oven for ~10-15 minutes at 180 °C until the cheese has melted.
