Pizza with salmon and vegetables

When buying 500 gr of fresh salmon, you can get both delicious salmon soup and delicious and hearty pizza.

 427 g Zucchini
 86 g Carrot
 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 230 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Flour (I had corn)
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, Provencal herbs (or optional)
Top components
 70 g Santa Maria Taco Sasha Sauce (or tomato paste, adjika, etc.)
 200 g Steamed salmon (pre-evaporated and cooled)
 187 g Bell pepper
 50 g Leek
 230 g Tomato
 20 g Dill, bows
 150 g Cheese "Lauku" (from SIA Latgale, but of course you can also use 10% cheese or "Chef's" cheese)
 Spices, salt of your choice

Grated zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to rest.

Curd is stuffed with eggs.

Zucchini squeezes the excess juice and add to the egg-curd mass. Add finely grated carrots, spices, garlic, flour.

The mixed mass is applied to a baking tray to form a round base (~ 30-32 cm). Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (do not bake completely).

Meanwhile, cut the leeks and peppers and sauté in a pan.

Grate the cheese, cut the greens, "flatten" them. Add the cooled peppers to the leeks. Mix everything with spices.

Remove the base, smear with Taco salsa sauce, put on top of the mixed filling.

Put back in the oven for ~ 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees to melt the cheese.
