I like different quark cakes with fruit and berries. It's delicious, healthy and, most importantly, figure-friendly.
Beat the curd with the eggs and sour cream into a homogeneous mixture.
Cut the berries into small pieces.
Add the semolina, vanilla sugar and berries to the curd-egg-cream mixture and mix.
Pour the mixture into the baking tin, place in the oven at ~170 °C and bake for ~50 minutes.
