I like different quark cakes with fruit and berries. It's delicious, healthy and, most importantly, figure-friendly.

Ingredients ( mould diameter 26 cm)
 6 Eggs
 900 g Skimmed milk curd
 400 g Various berries (I had 2 nectarines, strawberries, raspberries)
 100 g Sour cream 15%
 100 g Whole-grain semolina
 60 g Erythritol (or other sweetener of choice)
 16 g Vanilla sugar "dr. Outher"
 2 g Intensive sweetener
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
Directions

Beat the curd with the eggs and sour cream into a homogeneous mixture.

Cut the berries into small pieces.

Add the semolina, vanilla sugar and berries to the curd-egg-cream mixture and mix.

Pour the mixture into the baking tin, place in the oven at ~170 °C and bake for ~50 minutes.
