Pizza with zucchini salmon and vegetables

Buying 500 g of fresh salmon, you will get a delicious salmon soup and a delicious and hearty pizza.

 2 Eggs (or 3 small eggs, without egg whites)
 427 g Zucchini
 230 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Egg white
 86 g Carrot
 70 g Flour (I had corn)
 15 g Garlic
 Salt, pepper, herbs de Provence
Ingredients for top
 200 g Steamed salmon (steamed and cooled)
 150 g Lean cheese 10-18%
 230 g Tomato
 187 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 50 g Leek
 20 g Dill, green onion feather
 70 g Santa Maria Taco salsa (or tomato paste, adjika, etc.)
 Spices of your choice

Grated zucchini. Sprinkle with salt and set aside to rest.

Whisk cottage cheese with eggs.

Squeeze the excess juice out of the zucchini and add them to the egg-curd mass. Add finely grated carrots, spices, garlic, flour.

Spread the mixed mass on the baking tray, forming a round shape for the base (diameter ~30-32 cm).

Put in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes at 180 °C (do not bake until ready).

In the meantime, cut the leek and pepper and saute in a pan. Set aside to cool.

Grate cheese, cut greens, add chopped salmon and cooled peppers with leeks. Add spices and mix everything.

Take the pizza base out of the oven, spread it with Taco Salsa sauce, and put the mixed filling on top.

Put it back in the oven for ~10-15 minutes at 180 °C degrees (until the cheese melts).
