Pizza with pear, Dor blue cheese and olives

Well, it's time for some delicious pizza again. Very tasty!

Ingredients for the pizza base
 1 Egg
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Flour (I used corn flour)
 10 g Extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt
Ingredients For Top
 80 g Pear
 50 g 10% cheese
 30 g Dor blue cheese
 25 g Green olives
 25 g Natural yogurt 4%
 15 g Adjika "Pures"
Directions

Mash the egg with the curd, and add the oil, flour, baking powder and salt to taste. Knead the dough so that it does not stick to your hands, and put it in the fridge for ~30 minutes.

Mix the yoghurt with the adjika. Thinly slice the pear and halve the olives.

Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out into a thin layer and place in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes (until the surface is slightly browned).

Remove the pizza base from the oven. Spread the adjika-yoghurt mixture on it and top with the pears, olives and both cheeses.

Place in the oven and bake for ~10 minutes until the cheese melts
