 1 Lavash (120 gr, Prima Food, angular)
 350 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g "Strongman" cheese (or other lean cheese up to 18%)
 4 Boiled eggs
 1 Egg (egg yolk remains for roulette smearing, egg whites are added to the curd-cheese-egg mass)
 50 g Scallions
 Salt, spices last choice
 Cumin (for sprinkling)
Directions

Squeeze the cottage cheese, add one egg white, grated eggs and grated cheese.

Add chopped greens, spices and mix everything.

Spread the mass on the lavash and roll it up.
