Pangasius fillet cutlets
Pangasius fillet cutlets. Very tender, soft and juicy and do not taste fishy at all. Very mild and neutral taste.
I enjoy cooking and can't wait for summer. This time, I am using minced chicken. It's hearty and very tasty!

Fry/sauté the chicken mince in a pan with the onion and garlic. Set aside.
Cut the rutabaga, pumpkin, and cabbage into small pieces and place them in a pot with boiling water. Bring to the boil, add salt and seasoning.
When the vegetables are tender, add the tinned tomatoes and chicken mince and cook for a further ~10 minutes (on a low heat).
