Catfish Fillet Cutlets
I saw minced catfish fillet in the store and got a craving to make some catfish cutlets. They turned out delicious!
This charming tart contains only 144 kcal/100 g!

Beat the egg with cooking curd, and add melted butter and flour.
Knead the dough (so that it sticks to your hands a little) and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
Take it out and put it in a tartlet mold, forming "sides". Place the sliced peaches on the bottom of the pie. I put some of them on top of the filling, but you can slice them all and strew them on the bottom of the pie.
Blend the egg with milk, cottage cheese, sweetener, cornstarch, and vanilla, and pour over the peaches. Place in the oven at ~175 degrees and bake for ~35 minutes.

Yummy for a weekend morning!

The porridge is delicious! Adding pumpkin, both in sweet and savoury versions is a winner, as this large berry is invaluable!

Slightly spicy, crunchy and very tasty salad. A great side dish for both fish and meat.
