 317 g Ripe apricots
 100 g Milk 2%
 Sweetener of your choice

Before making the ice cream, cut the fruits into chunks and put them in the freezer to freeze.

Prepare the ice cream - remove the frozen fruit and leave at room temperature for ~20 minutes to thaw slightly.

Add the milk, sweetener, vanillin and blend with a blender until smooth.
