Meatballs soup with vegetables
Light and very delicious meatball soup.
Pearl barley, pumpkin, dried tomatoes, and cheese are an interesting, satisfying, and delicious combination.
Rinse the pearl barley in cold water, grate the pumpkin, and cut the finely dried tomatoes.
Put everything in a saucepan, pour 350 g of water, add a pinch of salt and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the cheese at the end.
