Pearl barley salad with cucumbers, radishes, and onion green feather
Spring is a time when meals demand greens and vegetables - freshness and lightness. For example, as in these salads.
One of my favorite main dishes: chicken fillets and vegetable stew. Fast, easy and very tasty.
Cut kale, celery, carrots, chilli (I with all the seeds, like a spicy dish) and put in a greased, oiled pan.
Add the spices and fry quickly, then add water and simmer over low heat / sauté under the lid.
Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into pieces and sauté in a second pan. I usually marinated the chicken fillet the night before in mustard and adjika.
When the vegetables are almost ready, add the broccoli cut into rosettes and ready - made chicken fillet.
Saute until the broccoli is soft.
