Omelette with cheese, tomatoes and green onions

One of the greatest breakfast dishes for me is an omelette. Its variations are endless. I offer one of them!

 1 Egg
 100 g Egg white
 60 g "Strongman" cheese
 30 g Skimmed milk cheese (but can also be dispensed with)
 30 g Scallions
 100 g Tomato
 Spices of your choice

Beat the egg with egg white.

Add salt, pepper, sliced onions, 30 g of grated cheese and sliced tomatoes.

Whisk everything and pour into the pan.

Put the lid on the pan and bake on low heat until the bottom is browned.

Sprinkle the other 30 g of grated cheese on half of the omelette, fold, press.

Put the lid on the pan and remove from the heat, allowing the cheese to melt in the heat.
