And again pancakes :) This time with cottage cheese.
Delicious and filling: stuffed zucchini pancake with chicken and cheese.
Grate the zucchini.
Add eggs, flour, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, baking powder.
Put the dough in a pan with a cup, which is minimally smeared with oil,
Smooth and bake at very low temperature under the lid.
When the bottom is "squashed" - 1/3 of the filling is placed on one side of the pancake (grated cheese mixed with sliced chicken fillet).
Fold the pancake in half and allow another 5 to 5 minutes to simmer under the lid.
Repeat the same 2 more times.
