Tart with chanterelles and three cheeses

I was going through the fridge and found leftovers of three different cheeses. Well, let's make a tart with cheese and chanterelles.

Tart with chanterelles and three cheeses
Servings4 Servings
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients for the dough (diameter of the mold 20 cm)
 1 Egg
 140 g Whole wheat flour
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 70 g Adjika "Pures"
17 g Extra virgin olive oil
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, spices of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 100 g Egg white
 200 g Fresh chanterelles
 100 g Natural yogurt
 100 g Cheese with cumin
 50 g Cheese Bresto light 18%
 50 g Cheese "Dor blue"
 50 g Onion
 15 g Dill
 12 g Garlic
 4 g Oil
 Cherry tomatoes
 Herbs of Provence
 Herb salt
Directions
1

Prepare the tart dough: beat the egg with the cottage cheese, adjika and oil until smooth. Add the salt, spices, flour, baking powder and knead the dough. Place it in the fridge and prepare the filling.

2

Fry the sliced onion and chanterelles in a frying pan lightly brushed with oil. Leave to cool.

3

Grate all three cheeses and mix. Add the cooled chanterelles and mix.

4

Beat the eggs with the egg white and yoghurt. Add the squeezed garlic, salt and seasoning, if necessary.

5

Remove the tart dough from the fridge, place in the tin and form the sides. Place the mixed cheese-chanterelle mixture in the middle and top with the egg-yoghurt mixture.

6

Place in the oven at 175 °C and bake for ~30-35 minutes. The centre will still be ‘soft’ after baking, but let it cool and it will harden.
