 165 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 150 g Tomato
 95 g Carrot
 32 g Spinach
 50 g Pearl couscous (or any other grains)
 80 g Onion
 14 g Garlic
 30 g Curry paste
 Spices of your choice
 Salt

Cut all the vegetables.

Pour 800 g of water into a pot and bring to the boil. Place the hardest vegetables, carrot and pumpkin, in the pot first and boil them until semi-soft.

Add the remaining vegetables, curry paste, coconut milk, pearl couscous and cook until ready.

Add the mussels and shrimps 3-4 minutes before the end of cooking. Cook for a more 3-4 minutes. Add the greens at the very end.
