 40 g Linseed
 20 g Sunflower seeds
 20 g Pumpkin seeds
 20 g Poppies
 250 g Warm water
 20 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt and spices at will

Turn on the stove and heat to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, mix the seeds with flour, salt and spices.

Add oil to the warm water and add to the dry mixture.

Pour the mass onto a tray and spread in a thin layer.

Put in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Remove, cut with a knife the next crackers to your desired size and place in the oven, reducing the temperature to 160 degrees for about 20-25 minutes, until the crackers turn golden brown.
