 60 g Whole oat flakes
 15 g Grillage (100 g oat flakes fried in 30 g butter and 30 g honey)
 1.50 tsp. Cinnamon
 260 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
 A pinch of salt
Directions

In a saucepan, add water, oatmeal, cut apple, sweetener, cinnamon, a pinch of salt and cook until ready.

Sprinkle with grillage and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
