Lavash with lightly salted trout
When you lazy to bake pancakes on a holiday morning, make a quick breakfast with lavash.
This is one I can most definitely recommend.

Pour the kefir over the oatmeal and set aside.
Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese until homogenous. Add them to the oatmeal with kefir. Add 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Cut the dates into small pieces and add to the oat flakes.
Peel the orange, cut into small cubes and add to the oatmeal. Add the raisins and cinnamon, too.
Mix everything together. Spoon the mixture onto the baking tray, smooth it out with a spoon and press down lightly.
Place in the oven at ~175 °C and bake for ~35 minutes until browned. While still warm, drizzle with honey (or maple leaf syrup) and spread it over the surface with a pastry brush.
Cut into 9 equal pieces and enjoy.
