 1200 g Water
 600 g Seafood Cocktail
 633 g Celery root
 428 g Courgette
 400 g Coconut milk 'Freshona' 14% (or sweet cream 10-15%)
 380 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 235 g Carrot
 150 g Tomatoes cherry
 65 g Spinach
 30 g Curry paste
 30 g Greens (dill, parsley)
 Salt, spices of your choice

Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil.

Cut the vegetables (cut the celery into small cubes, and the carrot into rounds). First, put the celery root and carrots in the pot. Boil them until they are almost ready. Then add the sliced peppers, the courgette and the halved cherry tomatoes.

Add curry paste, spices and coconut milk. Cook for ~15 minutes, add seafood and cook for another ~15 minutes.

Add greens.
