CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 40 g Whole oat flakes
100 g Soft apricots (or other dried fruits)
 ½ Lemon
 40 g Walnuts
 40 g Almonds
 35 g Honey
Directions
1

Wash the lemon thoroughly and cut finely with the whole peel. Remove all seeds and blend the rest with a blender.

2

Apricots must be soft (if they are not, they must be soaked first). Then blend just like a lemon.

3

The nuts are also chopped.

4

Mix lemon, apricot, add honey, nuts and stir in oatmeal. Mix everything thoroughly.

5

6

Put the palate in the oven at 200 degrees and for 15-20 minutes (be careful not to burn).

7

Remove, cool slightly, compress further, if necessary, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

8

Finished cut into 8 pieces.
