Broccoli and spinach waffles with cheese

Spinach, broccoli, and cheese – a great combination!

 2 Small eggs (100 g)
 1 Small chili
 80 g Flour (I use corn flour)
 90 g Cheese 10%
 136 g Broccoli
 120 g Kefir 2%
 50 g Spinach
 16 g Garlic
 8 g Extra virgin oil
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Put the eggs, kefir, finely cut broccoli and spinach in a blender and blend everything into a smooth mixture.

Add salt, pepper, garlic, and grated cheese.

Add the flour and baking powder and mix.

Pour the batter into a heated waffle iron and bake the waffles. Or bake them in a regular pan with a lid (at a very low temperature, similar to pancakes).
