Mini pizzas with egg and cheese (in a pan)

When you want something but don't know what, you can make delicious mini pizzas for breakfast quickly.

 2 "Fazer street" polar breads (2 x 45 g)
 1 Boiled egg
 50 g Cheese 10% (or other lean cheese)
 24 g Adjika or tomato sauce (for me "Pūre" adjika)
 12 g Scallions
 3 g Extra virgin olive oil
 Salt, pepper, garlic, seasonings of your choice

Heat a frying pan and lightly grease it with oil.

Spread adjika on the bread, place grated egg on top, mixed with grated cheese, salt, spices and chopped green onions.

Place in a pan put the lid on and bake at a very low temperature until the cheese melts (~5-7 minutes).
