Ingredients for the Base
 1 Egg
 130 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Flour (I use corn flour. The amount of flour depends on the wetness of the curd)
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 1 Egg
 95 g Red plums
 60 g Culinary curd "Baltais"
 1 tsp. Corn starch (7 g)
 Vanilla
 Sweetener
Directions

Blend low-fat cottage cheese with egg and sweetener.

Add flour, and baking powder and knead the dough. The dough is a little sticky, but it can be molded with wet hands.

Divide the dough into 2 equal parts with wet hands on a baking sheet and form round baskets with edges (or use pie molds, then the dough will not spread).

Put in the middle the filling - sliced plums and cover with cooking curd, which has been blended with egg, sweetener, and starch.

Put in an oven heated to 180 °C and bake for ~25 minutes.
