 220 g Canned red beans
 295 g Canned corn
 165 g Colored peppers (red + orange)
 259 g Cherry tomatoes
 150 g Scallions (or 75g leeks + 75g scallions)
 299 g Roman lettuce
Ingredients for sauce
 250 g Natural yogurt
 120 g Soft avocado
 25 g Kinza (coriander) or any other greens: dill, parsley
 ½ Lime juice
 10 g Garlic
 2 tsp. Wine vinegar
 Salt, pepper (lemon pepper - depends on how spicy you want)

Prepare the sauce: chop the cilantro, add the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, wine vinegar, salt, pepper, and blend thoroughly into a smooth mixture. Adjust the flavour to your liking with salt and pepper.

Finely chop the romaine lettuce, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and green onions.

Place all in a bowl and mix with the sauce.
