 220 g Canned red beans
 295 g Canned corn
 165 g Colored peppers (red + orange)
 259 g Cherry tomatoes
 150 g Green onions (or 75g leeks + 75g onions)
 299 g Roman salad
Ingredients for sauce
 250 gals Natural yogurt
 120 g Soft avocado
 25 g Kinza (coriander) or any other greens: dill, parsley
 ½ Lime juice
 10 g Garlic
 2 tsp. wine vinegar
 Salt, pepper (lemon pepper - depends on how spicy you want)

Prepare the sauce: cut the casserole, add the avocado, yogurt, lime juice, garlic, wine vinegar, salt and pepper and mix thoroughly. The taste is "adjusted" to your needs with salt and pepper.

Cut thin romaine lettuce, peppers, cherry tomatoes, onions.

Put everything in a bowl and mix with the sauce.
