
Spinach pasta with avocado - green peas and spinach sauce
A little different lunch than usual. I rarely ate pasta, but today, I really wanted to.
Want a delicious pizza but no oven? No problem.
Cut the mushrooms, sauté in a pan and set aside to cool.
Grate the zucchini, sprinkle with salt to soak the zucchini.
Grate carrots on a fine grater, chop the onion, garlic.
Squeeze zucchini liquid, add eggs, carrots, onions, garlic, flour, spices, mix. With salt carefully! Add it to the zucchini after grating it.
Spread the pan with oil, place the mass in the pan, level and bake at low temperature under the lid on one side for ~ 15 min.
Grate the cheese, cut the green onions, chop the tomatoes. Mix everything in one bowl, add mushrooms, spices.
After ~ 15 minutes, turn the pizza base over using a plate.
Spread with yoghurt adjika mixture. Put a mixture of mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes and green onions on top.
Put the lid on and bake for another ~ 10 minutes until the base is fried and the cheese melts.
