Mango ice cream (with protein)

We continue to refresh with delicious and healthy ice cream! This time with a mild mango flavor!

Mango ice cream with protein

Ingredients
 450 g Mango
 300 g Milk
 30 g Whey protein (vanilla)
 1 tsp. Xanthan gum
 Sweetener, if you want a sweeter of your choice, I had enough protein sweetness
Directions

Peel the mango into smaller pieces and blend into a homogeneous mass.

Add milk, protein, xanthan gum and whisk with frother for ~ 3 min. Mass increases in volume. Put the dish in the freezer for ~ 30 minutes.

Remove the ice cream bowl and whisk again. Put again in the freezer for 30-40 minutes. Repeat the procedure 2 more times.

You can leave all the ice cream in one container, but I filled some of it into silicone Eskimo molds.
